Shilajit Resin vs Gummies: What’s the Difference?
Shilajit is sold in several formats. Masters of Shilajit offers purified Shilajit resin and Shilajit Gummies. Both contain Shilajit, but their formulation and daily use are different.
Short answer
Choose resin if you want the traditional single-ingredient format and prefer to measure it yourself. Choose gummies if convenience matters most: a defined daily serving, individual wrappers and no mixing.

What is Shilajit resin?
Resin is the traditional format. The Masters of Shilajit resin contains purified Shilajit without added flavours, fillers or botanical blends. It is normally measured and dissolved in warm, not boiling, water, tea or another warm drink.
What are Shilajit Gummies?
The gummies are designed as a more convenient format. They contain Himalayan Shilajit extract together with selected botanical extracts. Each pouch contains 60 individually wrapped gummies. The recommended daily serving is two gummies.
Is resin purer than gummies?
They are different products. Resin has one ingredient and therefore the simplest formulation. Gummies intentionally contain several ingredients. That does not automatically make one format better than the other. Compare the label, Shilajit amount, other ingredients and available laboratory information.
How should you check quality?
Format alone does not prove quality. Look for batch information, independent laboratory analysis, transparent ingredients and realistic communication. Masters of Shilajit publishes available laboratory documents for customers to inspect.
Which format may suit your routine?
- Resin: if a single ingredient, traditional format and flexible measuring matter to you.
- Gummies: if pre-portioned use, portability and no preparation matter more.
Frequently asked questions
Can resin and gummies be compared directly by milligrams?
Not without considering the product format and label. Gummies use Shilajit extract, while resin is a different format. One number alone is not a complete comparison.
Do you need to mix Shilajit resin?
Resin is commonly dissolved in a warm, non-boiling drink. Always follow the current product label.
Are gummies the same as pure resin?
No. Gummies are a formulated product containing Shilajit extract and additional ingredients. Pure resin is purified Shilajit resin.
